Only the Safe-T system is programmed and it is not 100% accurate. Also, it is programmed is as a multi-site system. That is great (assume everything was 100% correct) if you are using a GPS.
However if you have no GPS, then all sites are scanned. So you might be in Bloomington which also might be on the same freqency as Ft.Wayne and the scanner will stop on Ft. Wayne and be somewhat confusing if you ask me.
I personally redid the system to fit my own needs. (The BuTel software for the 996T makes programming a snap.)
The inaccuracies are small changes that have taken place since they downloaded the data and today. Of course RR is much more up to date.
