I understand that if "Tone L/O" is set to "off" on conventional analog frequencies with a designated PL/DPL, the 996xt will read the PL/DPL. If the two options are "off" and "on", how would "Tone L/O" impact on conventional digital frequencies with a designated NAC?"off" or "on"(the only options on the software)? I've reviewed the official Uniden "Scanner User Guidelines" DVD and am even more confused. Thanks in advance for any clarification.
