Nice setup - I agree with another comment, spending so much time in the cab I'd definitely want quality equipment (scanner, CB, and ham radio since I'm licensed) if I was a driver.

Garmin OTR 800. It's 8" and has a built in browser so you can use it as a tablet too. They have a 10" too.
