Does anyone know what I need to do to me a member of the MOS and to recieve software?How much would it cost?I belive I have to sign a liscense agreement?

The only place you'll get the software legally is from Motorola. I believe the phone number is (800) 422-4210. I think it's in the $250-300 range...
