Acessing Radioreferance from software

I'm sure this has been adressed before butfor some reason I cannot loginto radioreferance while using
ARC996 pro software I,m tryng to program a BCD996t and it will not allow me to log in and download.

Please ensure that you have the latest version of the software you are using. A while back the import system was changed, so that many of the older versions of scanner programming software would no longer work correctly.
