There's some interesting traffic on talkgroup 5360, which shows as an Attorney General talkgroup in the DB. The multi-car tail has just passed from TN to AR at this point and is still going. If anyone is reading at the moment, give it a listen. Without going into details it sounds like they're tailing a suspected drug runner.

I wonder why they are using an AG talkgroup for this?? Why not one of the ENC talkgroups??? They are still following them, but not sure where they are......40 west bound near ingram

I hate to state the obvious, but it isn't the brightest idea to post this information. You should keep this type of information to yourself and enjoy the fact that you have access to it. Why tell the whole world- including the local police- that this type of information can be heard? They should be encrypting this type of communication. The person they were tailing could have had an undercover officer or a confidential informant inside the car. There is no reason to tell the criminal out there which talkgroups to monitor. I don't believe have the regular talkgroups in the clear puts officers lives in danger, but an undercover or stakeout situation does. Make the criminal figure it out for themselves. figure it out.
