action rf in Ottawa

I was looking at this system and put it in to my rig:

Now is this one big system? Or are there maybe 2 systems in this listing? I'm just wondering because that's a lot of freques for not that many users. And the frequencies are in 2 or 3 different frequency ranges. Just a question.

I'd say plug them in the radio and put it in search mode to see what comes about.

I would think that there's gonna be a bunch of users on there that just might not have been identified yet.
