Person fired shots downtown by the LOS/ICC, ICC is sheltering in place while IMPD searches for him. Shell casings recovered.

Activity is on MCS-CTL, MET-CD1, CSC-ICC SEC, CSC-FIRE/SAFETY. Avoid the entire Lucas Oil Stadium/Indiana Convention Center complex area.

ICCLOS making announcements again on all chans on their TRS to shelter in place and hide as best possible until PD releases.
