Hi this is Colt Norton and I'm asking in general about the Ada Oklahoma Police Department with its radio system. From what I heard and know for now is that the PD has a DMR radio frequency and a FM analog radio frequency. APD has stayed on the FM frequency because it has gave them issues and problems and the department does not want to pay the money to fix or repair it from my understanding. The main question is that there is any way to change or update that page for Pontotoc county Oklahoma area? If so it might help a lot of people looking in getting a scanner and them not able to because they don't want to pay $250-$600 for a scanner when it not needed unless your listening to the county sheriff department. I'm not sure who to ask about doing this but I was directed by ScannerMaster company to do this but I don't know what place to apply this to as a question as I didn't see a place. Thank you all and God Bless!

Ada PD went back to Analog because they were having problems with RF getting getting into their consoles causing problems with the MotoTrbo digital, all they would had to do is put the radio on low power and that would have cleared up the problem.

What I have been hearing now from a friend that worked for the City of Ada that Ada PD is thinking about going to the OKWIN 800mhz System when they get some kind of grant.
