Adding live stream

Hi guys and girls, sorry if im posting in the wrong section, MOD's can move my post to proper place if need be.

Im just wondering who I talk to about having a Live Stream added to the RadioReference Live Stream feed? Im a volunteer firefighter, and would like to be able to hear any calls when im out of my paging area, or away for work, via my blackberry.

Any info about this would be great.
