Ad's on Feeds

Even though I have been a member of RR as a premium member for over 10 years I am getting advertising on my Smart Phone and on all my computers when I log in to listen to radio streaming for 30 seconds. I am logged into RR before I log into the streaming. Please get rid of this or refund my membership.

You must be logged into Broadcastify, not RR, to listen without ads.

You're probably using a 3rd party app which are able to have ads even for premium members - it is there service and have no reason to offer rr premium anything.

This tells us nothing on how you're listening to it, other than that you are listening to it.
Are you using a 3rd party program or the broadcastify website?

i did no t like the ad thing at first...
but now i use it to make sure things are connected right, like bluetooth.
sometimes i have the wrong BT device connected.
