Advice on buying a Headset

I need some advice on buying a headset for my Kenwood TS-480.
The following are some features I'm looking for:

1. Recieving must have mid to high range tones since my hearing has a hard time understanding base tones.
2. The microphone quality must be equivelent to a good desk mic.

Any input would be greatly appritiated.
