Customer service has generally been erratic at Zip. At times, they dot all the i's and cross all the t's But then there's a string of orders placed but never actually shipped. Or, supposedly shipped but no tracking number provided.I had an unfavorable experience with them back in 2018 and have not used them since.
I am inclined to agree.I've had packages confirmed as delivered yet no package was there when I checked.
USPS are the worst in that department, Amazon the best for fixing the problem post haste.

I called the bank to verify the details of the charge. After this, I will not use them again.Yeah no sense giving this that much more thought, as others have said, you simply call the bank and dispute the charge for the reasons that they did not provide the product and you are unable to contact the vendor...
The bank will send you a single sheet to fill out and the less you say the better. Your card was charged, you didn't receive the product and you are unable to contact them to inquire. After a period of time they will just credit your card and end up charging zip at least $20 LOL.
While the decision is being made to refund your money which has a 100% chance of happening, you will not be charged any interest on the disputed amount. Happens all day, everyday.

This. Less trips to the mailbox is always a good thing.Sign up for USPS Informed Delivery. Every day I get an email from them with images of everything coming to my mailbox in the next few days.
While I liked your idea. When I tried, the USPS website didn't like it. My address is non-standard (i.e. no St., Pl., Rd., Av., Blvd., Cir., Dr.), not even RFD.Sign up for USPS Informed Delivery. Every day I get an email from them with images of everything coming to my mailbox in the next few days.
They even called it "Mumbo Jumbo" in the response, lolThat response from the vendor is a bunch of guano.
Either provide a valid tracking number that shows shipment progress and actual acceptance or expect a chargeback. Don't let them gaslight you either, your chargeback rights are for a limited amount of time.
Will NEVER order ANYTHING from this vendor. Thanks for warning us.
They are not going to like the charge the credit card company fines them when a charge is disputed by the purchaser and needs to be refunded. Let them chew on that mumbo jumbo. They even called it "Mumbo Jumbo" in the response, lol![]()
I would agree. You obviously have a valid USPS address, so Informed Delivery should accept it.Call them up and explain, they may be able to help set it up based on your circumstances.
As a retired USPS letter carrier, I'm curious about how, and if you receive mail. I realize this might end up as none of my business, but I'm curious. While I liked your idea. They are sending another one of the items out. It is supposed to be here Monday....we'll see. They are the mastermind of the most creative deception I ever heard of with scanner sales.

DMR & NXDN Keys expire after a year???
I was checking out ZipScanners & noticed that they sell the NXDN & DMR for $89 installed. I opened up chat & asked them what the difference between their key for $89 & Uniden's for $50 is. Here's a paste of the chat transcript: You — What is the difference in the NXDN upgrade that you offer for...forums.radioreference.com
I wish I hadn't bought the screen cover from them, in the first place. I just couldn't find any on Scanner Masters website.Wow. Looks like nothing has changed in 5 years, shady, used car like business practices. Smoke and mirrors but no product and the O/P in this thread paid in full 3 weeks ago. Chargeback time.
The mail is delivered to a USPS location in the community. It is one of those communities across the lower 48. That has been around since the 1800s'. Where they have this insatiable need to remain anonymous. So when someone asks about an address in the community. The person who mentions their address is perceived, to be mistaken. As a retired USPS letter carrier, I'm curious about how, and if you receive mail. I realize this might end up as none of my business, but I'm curious.
