Comparing the RRDB to the FCC General Menu Reports today - we find some differences

154.235 - Agawam FD - 4 bases + 60 mobiles + 60 pagers are licensed - no mention of this in RRDB

153.89 - Agawam FD - 20 mobiles at 6 watts are licensed - no mention in RRDB - maybe is for 'chiefs only' since only 20 mobiles licensed

173.3625 - Agawam FD - MO3 (extender) and HTs (portable radio) are licensed - 15 KM radius of operations

453.9625 - Agawam FD - MO3 and HT are licensed - 50 KM radius of operations

159.1725 - Agawam PD - seems to be a new channel for mobiles only - not to be confused with 159.1575

154.0925 R - Agawam PD - now shows as NAC 186 in RRDB

154.7175 - Agawam EMA - apparently is input to 159.2925 repeater

159.2925 R - Agawam EMA - now listed as NAC 314

155.055 - Agawam Building Maintenance - not listed in RRDB

451.425 R - Agawam Schools - not listed in RRDB

Anyone have any updates they can submit to the RRDB?

Simply monitor them and submit the updates. Since the FCC doesn't list NACs, not sure why you are saying comparing the RRDB to the FCC.
