AGC settings

ARC 536 has two AGC setting check boxes. One is analog and one is digital. I can't find the post where someone commented about making sure that these are turned on, but when checking some of my systems I noticed that there is no provision for setting this in the scanner menu system or in Sentinel.

Unless I'm missing it.

If someone can point me to the settings in Sentinel or the scanner menu system, I'd appreciate it.

Or, if they can tell me that they aren't in either, I'll stop wasting my time looking.

How do I turn audio AGC on the SDS100? On my P25 system, some users are loud and clear, others are extremely quiet, and can't be heard.

As far as the search tool works, no one seems to have commented on whether the new radio has any improvement on the hideous digital audio decode quality of the 436 series. I found the decoded digital un-listenable on a 536. Female dispatcher voice could peal paint, male voice often sounded...

That explains it. If I select the target model as x36HP in Sentinel I expect I'll see it.

Yes, and that are for the 436 and 536 scanners. For some reason the SDS100/200 doesn't have any audio AGC function or setting.
