Alaska import to BCD325P2

Can somone enlighten me how to import

Skagway-Yakutat-Angoon County, Alaska​

Alaska Land Mobile Radio (ALMR) i add the site 45,62,66,72 after i selcet a whole bunch of talk gropus i then cant find any thing but import button to press to upload to scanner and nothing it deselcts evrything.

what step am i missing to upload to BCD325p2

ALMR is mostly or entirely encrypted.

try not selecting any talkgroups, set it to scan all.

When it deselects, that means the items were imported. If it didn't deselect, then inadvertently a 2nd or 3rd import could occur.
Can you save the file then zip up the file then post here so it can be looked at.

I sat down and read instructions, and figured out i had to selcet SYSTEMS on the main page

That's false. Plenty on the system in the clear. Yes state troopers & any other mode "DE" talkgroup are fully encrypted but there's still a lot of mode "D" fully clear or mode "De" partially-encrypted talkgroups which should be monitorable
