Albany PD Frequencies

So according to radio reference Albany PD operates on 153.815:

Linn County, Oregon (OR) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

Whenever I attempt to monitor that it never has any traffic. I will even monitor it when there should definitely be traffic (lots of cars going places code 1).

Are they on some type of new system and the above is out of date?

Albany PD uses this system SW 7 County Interoperable Public Safety Radio Partnership Trunking System, Eugene, Oregon

The vhf freq is still licensed to APD, they may have repeaters still up on that freq unknown tho.

Thanks! I just got a SDS100 scanner and its trying to scan 153.815 for Albany PD. I'll have to figure out how to get that system into the SDS. At least now I know where to start!
