I really need some help setting up my PRO-197 to monitor Albertville Fire. I had a friend set it up for me a few months ago, and yesterday I was adding some new conventional channels when my laptop crashed while uploading to the scanner... It caused the scanner to reset to factory default and my backup on the laptop is not working right now either... So starting from scratch again.
I purchased ARC500Pro and a premium subscription for Radio Reference and have been using the import utility. So far every system is working except Albertville, AL.

I will gladly pay $25 to anyone who can help me get this working before I spend another 4 hours ... to get nowhere
