The listing I saw had no details whatsoever, just a copy/paste from Unidens website of the details. It seems as if all the listings are the same, just different sellers.
The link below is calin official store. Price has gone up from $260 since this thread got started.

There are little US flags under all listings that are shipped from the US. Also in the listing, under shipping, it will say “ships frog US”. That is if you use the app don’t know about the website, I always use the app

I completely understand it ships from a US seller, if it ships at all. Many 1 star reviews stating they send bogus tracking numbers.

I ordered another Used/Like New BCD325P2 for $304 from Amazon. Just like the last one, 30 day return, shipped by Amazon.
Too much money to risk losing to a scammer on AliExpress.

Not really, the cheapest price on AliExpress has steadily crept up from $260 when I first saw it and it's now $312, so I saved $8 in reality, as I gave $304 for the radio on Amazon.
Saving $8 and having the peace of mind was the better bargain.
The only way I'd have "wasted a couple hundred bucks" is if I had taken a chance and got scammed.
Wish is part of Amazon, it's their clearance house, basically.

I admit it, I have purchased 3D printer filament a few times from AliExpress (when delivery time was not a factor), it works just fine and the price is reasonable. Of course I would never trust them with my debit or credit card number, so I only use PayPal with them and make dang sure the automatic payment is not toggled on after the sale.
Yes, AliExpress does SEEM as reliable as Amazon, but I also have to admit, I don't trust the Chinese marketplace or their government as far as I can throw them due to past issues that have made the news from as far back as the fake milk formula incident.

Got my “used /like new” scanner today from Amazon.
Box was pretty rough shape but radio looks new, no scuffs or scratches, pretty disappointed I didn’t get to peel the plastic screen protector off tho - I may hafta return it due to that.
As a bonus it came programmed for the Miami - Dade County area, although I think the stock antenna will struggle hearing anything all the way here in Arkansas.
I buy small stuff from aliexpress stuff like flash drives and phone cables when it comes to expensive stuff i go elsewhere

Just purchased a brand new BCD325P2 on AliExpress through the Emercyy Store for just under $250. Item arrived within shipping timeframe promised via Amazon delivery, and almost $100 cheaper than their best price. I used PayPal for the transaction. Shipping information originally provided was confusing but item and all accessories arrived as promised fully functional and packaged as a new item is. For all the allegations/insinuations here of a scam or cloned/defective products, that wasn’t the case for me and the savings were substantial enough to justify the purchase.
