hello i live in delaware my question i know dsp has gane digital but is there any other police maybe newark, elsmere, etc that i might still be able to here on 800 i have an old rs pro2030, dont have the money to go digital, is it possible to hear any police on a scanner that has trunking, i dont understand trunking but if i can hear any police on trunking i will get one . im just not ready to pay the money for digital, any help would be great. thanks

Sorry but the only PD I know of in De that ever use analog are the seasonal officers in Dewey Beach.

You can probably hear the Delmarva Power network, as far as I know, it's the only analog 800MHz network in the state.

Unfortunately, every law enforcement, fire/EMS, and state government agency operates on the state TRS.

If you're close enough to Wilmington, you might be able to pick up the NJ State Police Troop A or Salem County TRS, but as far as Delaware, you're going to need a digital scanner.
