How do I remove the alpha tag on the very bottom of my 796D (Example) Conn. State Police West. I can't find out how to do this .. can someone help me?

If it's line 4 it's the BANK TAG - goto menu - 3 -9

I did remove it from bank ( line 4) but it still shows up when the screen shows Scan ID.
