Since you were posting this at the same time I was closing the thread, I want to clarify definition for those innocent people who might not know.

A "kicker" in CB lingo has nothing to do with it an antenna; it refers to an illegal RF amplifier used to break the law on and around the 11 meter CB band by increasing the RF output of a CB radio. In other words, a criminal action; the mere offering for sale, enticing to buy, or trading in such devices is a crime. We don't allow it here on the RR Site and whenever we find a thread dealing with such criminal actions (indeed any criminal action), we close or remove the topic.
