I saw this rig while driving on route 8 in Ansonia and I got curious as to who it was. I did some digging and found this:

The ones I have seen were marked with an MIH number, which was their Mobile Integrated Healthcare program. I believe they laid off all those personnel.

GMR bought them 5 years ago but due to some contracts, they could not rebrand AMR in some locations until the contracts ran out.

CMS abruptly terminated the ET3 program which funded the MIH care in June of last year. That would explain the layoffs and extra vehicles.

The ones I have seen were marked with an MIH number, which was their Mobile Integrated Healthcare program. I believe they laid off all those personnel.
