A Camden County Prosecutor's Office investigation into an alleged racist conversation between two top Camden County Jail officials resulted in no criminal charges filed against the officers involved.
Deputy Warden Anthony Pizarro and Capt. Ronald Barr, however, still face possible disciplinary action.
"The warden is conducting an administrative investigation," said Ken Shuttleworth, the county's spokesman, in a brief statement. "Appropriate discipline, if warranted, will follow."
The county asked the prosecutor's office to review the incident after county law enforcement officers complained about a conversation that was inadvertently broadcast over one of the county's public safety radio channels on May 2.
