Wasn't there a similar situation at that location years ago, where the guy slipped and fell off of the tower to his death?

Well, I'm glad things turned out better this time.
If he is "unbalanced" can they add more weights on one side to fix that?
Perhaps the State hospital can insert an "unun" into him.

“Two broadcast towers were located on the TOWER PLAZA site. One was used by KPAZ, the Grand Canyon State's first full-powered UHF television station, which went on the air September 16, 1967.”
