Is there such a thing in this fine state? What are the freq's if so?

Hi Gonzo:

Read back through the old STARS posts, some of them on page 1 even (here). There is some of that going on in Div 1 around Richmond but you'd have to be in range of a Div 1 base station.

Only two VSP channels are simulcast, no other agencies are known to be simulcast.

Channel 1 – 159.000/154.935 [167.9] Division 1 Richmond, South and West
Louisa, Goochland, Powhatan, Amelia, Chesterfield, Prince George, Nottoway,
Dinwiddie, Henrico, Richmond City, Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Hopewell.

Channel 2 – 158.985/154.905 [127.3] Division 1 Richmond, North and East
King George, Westmoreland, Caroline, Northumberland, Essex, Richmond,
King William, King and Queen, Charles City County, New Kent, Lancaster,
Hanover, Henrico

Thanks!
I've been hearing some traffic on 154.905, but have not heard any identifying remarks as to agency. I guess I need ro fiddle with my scanner as I am hearing only one side of conversations.....

You are hearig the VSP input to 154.985 if the tone is 127.3


Channel 2 – 158.985/154.905 [127.3] Division 1 Richmond, North and East
