Anderson SC PD Encryption

Anderson SC PD (Palmetto 800 TG 41019) is now about 75% encrypted. Dispatch is still in the clear, but most police units are fully encrypted. Dispatch will likely change to full encryption when all police unit encryption is complete. The changes started a few weeks ago, but have accelerated this week.

Brian, please change this TG to De.

One less thing I will monitor when I am in the area. Anderson is my hometown as I spent my first 9 years growing up there. My great-grandfather was also once mayor of Anderson.
Still planning on another trip soon but will leave the radios at home here in NC this time.
