Another Proscan streaming question

What is the BLUE CIRCLED AREA in photo mean? "Use ? [parameter] for a specific parameter." What other parameters would you use and where do you find them?
I looked thru Proscan manual and didnt find anything on this, and nothing on the web server tab page regarding this unless I can't see it.

It should be self explanatory. Clicking the link will show all the parameters. My link is http://192.168.1.11:5001/?
Type in a specific parameter such as http://192.168.1.11:5001/?Scanner Talk Group will show only that parameter.

Sorry for sounding dumb but I still dont get it. Where do you type the parameter, in phone next to URL? When I click on the URL link on phone theres a text list of a bunch of things....and a row with scanner type, scanner activity etc etc but I dont get what any of this actually does. I typed /?scanner type but all I get is incomplete page.
