Another Subscription Question

I renewed my "Premium" subscription last week, today I decided to reprogram one of my scanners using Win97 and the RadioReference login says that I am NOT a Premium subscriber. What's up ?

24 hours and no reply, the "Premium" subscriber logo is gone. What happened to my "Premium" subscription ?

Have you read some of the other threads about subscriptions issues?

If so, you should have seen you need to send an email to support@radioreference.com if you are having subscription issues.

Make sure in the email to include a receipt for your purchase

There is something wrong. You will have to contact Lindsay using the support email link provided earlier. Your account shows (and did so yesterday when I looked) that your are a premium subscriber yet your account does not show the premium subscriber icon on your post and obviously you are having a problem accessing data.

Denise, you can see the premium subscriber icon on your posts. This means you are a premium subscriber. I am not sure what you mean by a key, there is no key to use this site.

As you plainly see, there is a premium subscriber icon on your posts here in the forum. So you are a premium subscriber. What "key code" are you looking for? We don't issue key codes for anything.

They are reffering to the part where you can signup, and get the key from a 3rd party to access the premium part of the site. I saw it to which confused me as well. Now I can't find it again.

Actually I found it, Your Account - Premium Subscription Details Click that link and scroll down, you'll see the area to enter a serial key. That confused the crap out of me too.

I'm completely and totally aware of that now, read the whole thread, and you'll see why I posted what's above your post. When I first signed up, I came across that key thing and thought I didn't get a premium key as well as the others in this thread. So it's confusing at first.
