Antenna Question for Radio Shack Pro-2040

Hello I have a question. I am wishing to buy a base antenna for a radio shack Pro 2040 so that my wife can listen to me while I am at work. The department I work for is 21 miles away from my home. I do not currently have a base antenna for my scanner. I know nothing about what a good antenna would be, or the specifications I would be looking at. Can somebody please clue me in?

If you post the frequency range you operate on, you would get better answers.

The frequency range that my work is 151.175, but I would like to pick from 150-160 that is the general listening frequencies i Listen to.

That shouldn't be to hard to pick up. A good all around antenna that would work good is a Scantenna http://www.antennawarehouse.com/Scanner/Scantenna.htm
