Any DMR in Bel Air, MD ???

I have gotten the upgrade for DMR for my SDS200. Downloaded the DMR frees from RR but not getting any hits. Any ideas ???

Don't bother to look in that gawd awful mess that is the Uniden TWiki or the Easier to Read manuals. You won't find much there.

Precisely what in the db are you trying to hear? Are the correct service types enabled?

Uniden has NEVER produced specific instructions on how to properly program these radios (@JoeBearcat) once the upgrades are installed. I guess most folks figure it out by trial and error. We have some tips from the various posts that are collected here....

From that wiki - while it's geared toward programming a system that isn't in the RRDB, I would bet that with a little tweaking, it would work with one that is....

There is a ham repeater just over the PA line that gets into Bel Air.. 447.725 Mhz.. Its on the TGIF network.. Pretty active on slot 1

Welcome to the forums:
DMR is everywhere! In addition to the database entries linked above, simply tuning around on the VHF & UHF bands can potentially unearth DMR users unknown to the database. If you're able to identify agency & proper use feel free to submit the info to the database!
