any other all band NMO's?

It seems that the most commonly used all-band NMO mount scanner antenna is the ABSCANC. I've had them and liked them. I see that scanner master charges an outrageous amount for a similiar antenna ($30).

What other all-band options do I have that are less than 20" and NMO mount?

There's the Larsen 150450800. It's all band, uses an NMO mount, and it's less than 20" tall. Looks and probably performs similar to the ABSCANC.
