I live in NW Florida and can easily monitor SW Alabama RR activity....CSX, NS and AGR. I'm having a hard time finding the ALAB RR frequency. The line runs from Monroeville to Flomaton. I know the line was abandoned in 2019 but was resurrected since then. Parent company is Pioneer Railcorp. Any info would be appreciated.

ALAB is defunct and now owned by ARR llc, Pioneer Lines. ALAB had a few bridges defunct and was paying an Embargo to move LOADED cars. ARRllc can't find any thing but it has 1 engine 1949 and the trackage is used for storage. Sorry

James I researched FCC database for "Alabama Railroad" and got a hit. License #WPTX563.
Here are the details: Freq: 160.5 Location: Deer Range, Al Conecuh County along RR ROW MP 632
Lat Long: 31 20 54.3 N 87 14 9.7 W nothing there on Google Maps but down the road a little ways
is a tower at Lat Long 31 20 29.39 N 87 14 13.8 W. There is no building inside the fence. This may
not be any good to you but at 1 time it seemed that there was an operational radio there. The license
is good thru 1/8/22.
