I'm really thinking about getting one, but i cant find any literature about it online anywhere.. I'd like to read at least one positive review before I drop some dough on a $600 shortwave..

If anyone has one, or even knows anything about them, please let me know..

do like: 2 ppm stability dont like its only averaged for 15 minutes

another dont like 3.5uV am with a preamp ON .... but they didnt specify the freq range for that either so we really dont know what it means...

I ordered one from Universal (used) and tried it out for a couple of days. I was not impressed with the PC control. Also, the unit I received was a little banged up. I sent it back. For HF monitoring I'll stick to the table top models.

Ok,.. I just checked out the ten tec one and I like it.. Much cheaper too.. I downloaded the software and messed with it a little.. Very cool... I'll probably get one of those..

Hey and for anyone who has one,... do you reccomend an additional amp antenna?

another thing to consider is a used pcr-1000 or new pcr-1500 or pcr-2500 with the ut-106 they are supposed to be good for hf

Last year there were at least 5, I guess they don't stay around for ever. I should have known better than trying to help without checking with you.
