LCRA Ranger 1 and TCSO Adam are patched pretty much all of the time. TPW and WilCo SO is pretty interesting though. Where does TPW usually reside? Do they use their VHF freqs, as well? Any TABC activity?

Where are you picking up WilCo SO at? I thought the SO was encrypted.

Sorry for the late response been tied up but Yes Ranger 1 is a constant patch to TCSO Adam but durring events we change from Adam to Interoperability Patch "Lake" this is why you heard us all saying "Lake 7132 or Lake 5 David 20" this was set up as a "Active Large Scale Incident" which included STARFlight on ground on scene and DPS 100 in air for cover.
Was listening from Hays county on LPE-200 prior to going on shift and excuse me for sayin but damn was it busy and I should have stayed in bed.
I know WilCo is encrypted which stinks for you friends up there in Law, Med and Fire or just hobbyist why so secret i can understand SWAT, NARC, MED and a back channel to find out if crispy cream now warm light is on (I'd run code for that
but all of them? since those who know me know I listen to all areas I patrol and drive though for that heaven forbid active shooter or 10-50 major I am close to, but I digress this was a patch to Interoperability channel which worked chitty we lost them many times and still dont know how many WilCo's were out there I LOVE all my Brother and Sister police fire and medics and shutter to think we could have missed a officer down due to a broken patch. As for Incident Command (IC) they were great field dispatchers W5TWX no sorry buddy no TGID's
As for TPW I know in Fayette County they Disp through FCSO same in Burnet and LLano we [LCRA 1397 10-145 A TPW_DSP Texas Parks and Wildlife Law Dispatch ] have a patch and you only hear them on that channel to run fish and game license info or if primary is closed and in the A/TC area they have the xts-5000 with ALL area PD and SO in them as for the guys in Fayette they carry our LPE's
AS I HAVE SAID IN THE PAST MY INFO IS VERY ACCURATE BUT I TOO MAKE MISTAKES PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I DONT HAVE ALL THE MOST UP TO DATE INFO.

Good info to know. WilCo has been encrypted for a while now and it sucks for us living here. I'm in Round Rock and am still able to pick up the PD, FD, and some EMS. The PD tac channels are encrypted which takes away the good stuff. I was just wondering if WilCo changed since I last monitored them. Wishful thinking I guess.
