ARC basic program Uniden 396T

When I go into the ARC program on the internet- I click on trunked systems and when I click connect it gives me an error that I am not a member.It says radio reference disconnected- wait retrieving HTTP data.Then it shows done, but is still not connected.Was working ok until the new Radio Reference version went live.Can someone please guide me? What could I be doing incorrect. Thanks for your help.

Your not the only one that is having problems since the update at radioreference, give them some time to fix the problems, and also you can send a email to the people at Butel to let them know.

I had the same problem with ARC936 Pro. I downloaded the newest version and it fixed the problem.

I just Purchased a BCD396T Where does one get local Frequencys, and do you have to get ARC396 to download from a computer.Thanks in advance

You can get the info from the RadioReference Database
http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/
You will need a Premium Subscription to the site to use the feature built into ARC396, the UASD software from Uniden will upload the data into the scanner as well but wont get the info directly from the database

Yes all this information is on the Butel Web Site and also all this information is on this web site. Also you can join the Butel 396 group and get a lot of information on there as well.
