Hey guys;

I'm trying to program a 900MHz LTR system into ARC396. The system has 20 channels. When I attempt to program in the 20th channel, the program crashes with an error of "Invalid Row Name" or something like that.

Has anyone ever seen such a problem?

The work-around seems to be to just program 19 channels, and enter the 20th via the radio - but that's not really fixing the problem.

Thanks!

I use ARC396Pro and love it. I've not had it crash at all. Make sure you have the latest version of the software, and contact BuTel about the bug.

What version are you using? this was an issue in an older release.
