Just installed the arc396 basic to use as a demo. Install went fine (using XP), but when I try to start the software it gives me the following error:
Run-time error '5':
Invalid procedure call or argument.
Anyone have any thoughts? Would love to get this running...
UPDATED TO ADD:
Issue resolved. Experimented a bit, and ran ARC396 shortcut with "Different Credentials" under the "Advanced" options. Started the program and logged my admin user account info into the prompt and it worked (which is odd, since I was already logged in as admin under XP.) Either way, seems to have done the trick... Program no longer crashes on startup.
