Arc500 and Pro-106 trouble programming

I just got a new Pro-106 and bought the Arc500 because it was on sale. I have programmed the trunk systems without any trouble for my province but it will not download conventional frequencies. When I enter the RR download button in arc500 for Manitoba Canada, it only highlights the trunked button, I can't get it to download anything with conventional frequencies button or agencies button. Any ideas why?

My trial version of PSRedit does download the conventional frequencies but I would like to get my ARC working properly.

Everything is working today. I really like the Arc500 it works great once you catch onto everything!!!
