ARC996 is unlocking everything!

I'm fooling with ARC996 and am running into an issue. I'm out in the DFW area and have the 996 with me in my hotel room. I've re-initialized the memory and have everything except Nationwide locked out. I use QuickKey #52 to listen to local stuff. I haven't deleted any systems and don't want to just yet. I created a "D/FW airports" system with DFW and DAL frequencies in groups. I want to add this in to the 996, but when I do, ARC996 unlocks all the systems. What a PITA. I don't want to listen to Anchorage now! All I want to listen to for now is Nationwide, all the #52 systems/groups, and the airport system I've created. I may add in local ham repeaters if I get over this hurdle. BuTel and I are bouncing messages back and forth, but I thought I'd throw it out to the gang to see if anyone could offer ideas. Help? Thanks!

I have ARC396 and it does the same thing. It's an easy fix though (assuming arc996 works the same as arch396).

Go to the "Setup" pulldown menu at the top.

Click on "Quickkeys"

Click on "System Quickkey Status"

Uncheck the systems you want off, then click on "Send to Scanner" at the bottom.

That should take care of it.
