ARC996 Pro and quick keys

Is it normal for ARC996Pro Not to read the quick keys on trunk systems when reading data from the scanner?

Also why is it when you are programming in ARC996Pro and you select a trunk system that you can not select a quick key?

On trunking systems, quick keys are associated with sites and not the system. I don't know why, but I suppose it is geared for those large (statewide) trunking systems. That way, presuming you aren't using a GPS, you can turn off sites that you are not close to, thus eliminating scanning a site that you are too far away to hear.

When using Arc996, you can set the quick keys for the sites using the Overview button. Then do drop and dragging as you chose.

This (quick keys on sites and not systems) took me a little while to figure out and get the hang of, but once it sunk in, the frustration level lessened.
