I'm trying to put a frequency in my software 151.98250 and it keeps kicking it back to 151.9800? I tired to add the 5 and the extra 0's with no luck.

151.98250 should stay at 151.98250 and not 151.9800. I just tested it with my software and the scanner kept the frequency at 151.982500
5 is the 4th digit, not the 5th.

151.9825 isn't a valid frequency in the US bandplan anyway
