Effective today, 3 Mar 08, the Minnesota Department of Public Safety has changed the name of the ARMER/911 Program division to the Emergency Communications Network division.

Effective today, 3 Mar 08, the Minnesota Department of Public Safety has changed the name of the ARMER/911 Program division to the Emergency Communications Network division.

The Emergency Communications Network Division is for the 911 network, which is different from and not part of the ARMER System Project.
