Sounds like everyone is going to secured channels now
Speaking of which, I've been receiving (not hearing) activity on ITTF Secure Law 2 TG 5970 and Secure 1 TG 5961 (both ENC) on top of the other 2 I mentioned.

Can someone give a run down of what channels / talkgroups where used during the initial parade, initial response, and subsequent search for the suspect?

edit: both law enforcement and fire/ems

During the incident, I heard:

33184 Lake Interop SE1
33185 Lake Interop SE2
30300 ITTF North Ops A
30332 ITTF Incident 1
30328 IESMA Statewide

I'm only monitoring the Lake County site, so no doubt there were many others on Cook Co. or NWCD.

Hope that helps.

Sounds like he got caught, by lake forest PD.

we’re they working together on an interop on the chase and capture this evening?

Most likely on the interop, I didn't hear any traffic on Chicago PRTY ISPERN (9051) or the UHF band (155.475) which they commonly operate on during police chases throughout the suburbs. Since the chase started in North Chicago, it could've been on their talkgroup.

How about Fire/EMS initial response?

Fire response was on IFERN during the EMS Box request toneouts (154.265) and Glenview Public Safety Highland Park Dispatch frequency (154.160). No MABAS Fireground frequencies were used as all operations was on the Highland Park Dispatch.
