Is anyone else having a hard time finding an audio plug that will work on the MicroP25RX? The only existing patch cable I have that will work is an old worn out one, none of my others will work. I ordered new ones and neither of those work either. I've tried all my cords on other devices and they work fine on them.

I'm guessing the jack is TRS, but even if it was TRRS a TRS plug "should" work.

I just use a typical computer speaker cable. The typical black cable with green plugs that is a couple dollars at Staples or whatever your local office supplies store is.

I have not had any TRS cable problems. All my headphones plug in. I just had these adapters delivered. They also work.

I’m thinking my jack must be defective then. Like I posted, two brand new cords and neither work on the BTT but work just fine on other devices.

The included earbuds work but they are TRRS.

Interesting. I just tried several patch cords and headphone/speaker plugs and they work fine.
Possibly a bent tab or some small foreign debris. You could try gently tapping it plug side down or use a can of compressed air to make sure something small isn't lodged in the bottom Sorry to hear that.

Apparently this has only happened to me, my luck.

Closing so this can slowly move down the thread list and vanish.

And so everyone knows, Todd is taking care of this.
