On a rollover I drove pass, there was your standard compliment of rigs on scene. But pulling up was a squad 14 looking thing that was placarded Med 23. I didn't have my radio so I'm not sure if that's Med 2 now driving a squad 51 style rig labeled Med 23, or a new unit that's out on the street. Last I knew, Med 2 was in a Suburban. Anyone?

Med-2 (the EMS shift supervisor) has not existed since about Christmas time and was replaced with Johny and Roy style Med-21,22,23

Also have not heard Med-7 and his Ford Taurus on the air lately bringing AFD medics back from the hospital?

Thanks Jim-

Is the 21,22,23 thing shift specific, or district specific. In other words, is there 1 on a day or 1 for each dist?

Shift specific, just one supervisor sorry.

No Jeffrey it's based downtown, you might be confusing it with Squad 14, they look similiar.
