Aurora Police Districts

Thank you. I got your reply in the other thread and I haven't ever heard District 3 either. Any explinations?

District three has been around for about 2-3 years now. The district 3 substation is located at aurora pkwy and arapahoe rd which is just east of e470.. Fire station 13 and the library and also public safety dispatch is also located in that building with a few other city services.

District 3 dispatch is still a long way out. Last time I checked with my neighbor who is an Aurora cop out of district 3, he said that they are currently 9 dispatchers down and they will not be able to support district 3 dispatching etc until that shortfall is replaced and trained. So that could be quite some time when it comes to aurora.

District 3 cars are distpatched by the channel 2 (dist 2) dispatcher and they use the district 2 tacs and such.
