Back in February I order some parts for my 396T from Uniden. The rear case and battery covers were on back order. I ordered them anyway and four months later I still don't have them. I've sent several emails to orderstatus@uniden.com and order@uniden.com to find out about my order but the emails have never been responded to.
Does anyone know how I can actually talk to somebody at uniden in order to find out about the backordered parts?
