PRO-2096, take your question over to the Maryland forum, this forum is for streaming. I assume that's the scanner you are using - you might want to say (there) what antenna you are using and where you are. Did you use Win96 to do the programming? Did you pull the frequencies from the database? Did you set it up as a Moto type 2 and adjust for digital (this system is not a true P25 system) as shown below? Consider these questions as you post over there.

I also see you are not a premium subscriber. Purchasing a 30 day subscription is cheap, and you can download freqs and talkgroups from the database into Win96.
