I overheard information this weekend that Baltimore Counties office of emergency preparedness is working on a five year 5 million dollar plan to upgrade the system to digital. It was said that they could expand up to as much as 6 or more towers. Im not sure if the study will cost 5 million or they are looking to spend 5 million to do the upgrade. So it looks as if the county is expected to be digital in 5 years.

Yeap, I remember that time. It almost sounded like it was doomed from the start. Some how they managed to keep it from sinking.
